For 1987 model with the speedo on the front wheel (just as yours on the picture). Stock gearing and Michelin Macadam 90x 150/70-17 rear and 110/80-17 front it should (matematically) be:

5000rpm-130km/h
6000rpm-156km/h
7000rpm-182km/h
8000rpm-208km/h
9000rpm-234km/h
10000rpm-260km/h

RE: rpm @ 100kph or 62mph
My '87 shows 3400 rpm at 100km/h. These had taller gearing than the younger models. Hence they had a higher top speed but slower acceleration (still does an 11sec 1/4 mile!).
These numbers don't account for inaccuracy in the guage. I'm an instrument technician by trade. Standard mechanical guages usually have an accuracy of +/-2% of the full scale reading. ie + or - 6 km/h on a 300km/h speedometer. Electronic guages (tacho) about +/-0.5% of F.S. Test guages are down to +/-0.1%.
Even when a guage is calibrated it wont make it more accurate than this. Good news is if a copper pulls you over and uses his speedo as a reference.
