Are the power figures on the rear wheel or on the crank? If they are on the rear wheel and measured correctly it almost shows thatthe bikeis unrestricted. They are a little bit low, but far to high for a restricted bike since thosedelivered less than 90horses on the rear wheel.

Were there intentional restriction in the pipes or do you mean you changed to newpipes with better flow?

Swedish bikes was restricted by intake boots with a smaller inner diameter. Just to grind or carve them up.

I am not sure if it is a 109bhpon the wheel or on the crank!! I will check the Dino printout tonight!!

There was an intentional restriction in the stock pipe!!

I hope that this is not as fast as she will go!! I am already frustrated!!!

Yes lets hope it is restricted if you feel it is weak, it shouldn't be. Theyare very strong up to far above 200 km/h when they are unrestricted. When I tried an -89 Cane a few days ago I was surprised how strong it felt, and that bike still have the stock exhaust. You need to rev it hard thoughto getfull poweronall gears.

She goes to approximately 250 - 260 km/h or 160mph is that top speed for these machines or am I getting greedy?

I don't know exactly what the 1000f is capable of? She is strong and fast from 0-200 km/h and from there you have to work hard!!

I've taken the bike up to 165mph on a dyno and that showed 100hp and 60 lb ft of torque at the rear wheel with stock pipes and a K&N air filter. It was running really rich because they could direct the air into the intakes behind my legs.

Stock, the bike should make about 113 rear wheel hourepower and 69 ft/lbs of torque. Top speed is about 155 actual mph, not indicated. If your bike was dynoed at 109 hp that number is almost certainly rear wheel horses, so you're pretty close. Running 165 on a dyno doesn't mean a whole lot, since I assume the dyno doesn't take wind resistance into consideration.
