Call (800) 869-0497 and talk to Mark Salvisberg. The Factory Pro website lists up to 92, so you're good there (but I doubt that a 92 jet kit would fail to work at least as a starting point on a newer one too). Tell him about your project bike and he'll help you get it sorted re: where to start out with your needle height, etc.

Don't be discouraged by naysayers...when you get it jetted right (not rocket science) it will run fine. You might give up a little bottom end, but it will work fine. Good luck!

Oh, and get a cool breather setup for your crank case breather...available all over the Interwebs.

Ya I think I need to talk with Mark cause all im finding for my bike is a stage 1, which states factory airbox, doing some research stage 2 is for individual air filters on each carb, but can find a stage 2 for my bike, (1991) and also modified exhaust which is the next step of fun.
Any ideas on exhaust, kinda want a dual on my FIGHTER, big fat dual pipes, thinking I'll have to do something totally custom with bends and welds, thats why im thinking stage 2. I also ride at 6000 to 10000 (sandia crest) feet above sea level.

Then clearly you'll need even bigger air correction jets....................

I have to agree with jet problems. To meet emissions laws, Honda had to lean the bikes out. When you remove the air box, you open the intake. With a restrictive intake it is like choking the bike. When you remove the air box you will be leaning out an engine that is already lean. Back a few years, if you removed the air box from a 1971 or so CB750, it would not run, period.

Also please note that no matter how hard you try you will never get a bike with CV Carbs & pod filters to run smoothly on a steady throttle.

Sue they are great when you nail it, but other POD Filters are not worth the small increase in power.
