Sorock, this has become aggravating, that is the only listing I have found also, it is way too small. The existing parts r just to the minimum wear limits, steel plates r fine. Guess that is reason for slipping only under full power.
The search continues. Some this simple is getting OLD fast, lol.

Sprock, do you or anyone else have any of the clutch parts that u removed available so that they could be measured? I called Barnett, they actually have a # that u can talk to real person that is knowledgeable of clutches. He measured the id of the components they list for that bike and they were 4.?" ID, the EBC components in the srk4 kit that i have are only about 3.75"id, so their parts are the ones I need. I am now wondering if this kit was mis packaged, or .............?All the parts from Barnett, friction, steel discs ansd springs will be about $210.00 including shipping.
I would be interested in your thoughts, that is a lot of money, but I have found no one else that would take the time to help me with the size issue.

I don't brother it was about 18 months ago, yeah something must be screwed up
it was either package wrong or repackaged or something. The EBC crk4 and srk4
are the right ones.

Might want to try pming Malbojah ..... bet he has some clutch plates lying around !

Barnett are good too , never had one ,yet, I hear the "bite" harder than oem .

Received the Barnett parts yesterday, installed tonight, perfect fit, went a head and went with all parts; steel plates, friction plates and springs. Lever pull seems very close to what I had. Engagement feel is good too. Those may have been after market, don't know. All steel plate I removed r in very good shape, didn't ck if flat, but no discoloring.
Thanks for all the input from you guys.
(Btw, a busa at 100 mph, can accelerate pretty damn fast, lol.) ;(

After using the Barnett clutch, I highly recommend. Smooth engagement, good lock, much quicker and cleaner release and I may have had HD springs, because these don't feel any harder to operate. A friend did seem stiffed that his bike's clutch though.
I am VERY pleased with the results and these people took the time to acutally assist me in getting the correct part!

Good and bad news, I returned the incorrect kit to Powersports superstore.com and they issued me a credit very promptly. Problem is the charged me a 20%(WTF) restocking fee. After a 30 minute lively conversation it was decided that I in fact didn't get the part# from there website, because they don't even have listings (would be a great place to start a parts store). I guess I got the # from the EBC site (and they were 0 help and never even returned an email). Powersports said they r not responsible for the manufacturer's listings (again WTF)
Lesson learned, I won't buy anything from EBC and probably from powersports. Power sports did offer to give me a good discount on the next order. There price was good until I had to return it, lol. This was a $50.00 learning experience
And Barnett clutches are GREAT people to work with and so far a great clutch!

It's been good reading all of this. I'm looking at rebuilding mine very soon and was wondering which brand to get. It seems Barnett are a good choice so I'm happy to go with them. Think I'll just get friction plates and springs and see how the steel plates are before I buy them ( if needed ). Thanks.
