Nup...opted out again this year ..
Aside from the bloody extraordinary cost of going for a few days , the weathers been way to weird for me to have bothered ..

Only an hour away , but the Island is a cold hole in this sort of weather .

I still have photos i took 20+ years ago,when Doohan was in the Marlboro Yamaha Team [Superbikes],drinking with us in the Isle of Wight Hotel surrounded by his hot chicks,he also was sporting a nice shiner??
have a top shot of Wally campbells RC30 from above pit straight,Robbie Phillis on the grid.......
If i ever get a scanner i will post them up.
Phillip Island should have been called"U.K Island"..the weather is much the same.
