Default Pain in the Rear!

I like the old warbird, but what a thorough pain in the rear to get the carbs off.

Not nearly as easy to work on as the bike in front of it.

Flogger,

I wasn't speechless, had many choice words to say before I got the carbs off! More stupid hoses than a full size car.

The bike looks rough because it is. Some thieves decided I didn't need it anymore and thoroughly
Banged it up, due to some quick thinking by a neighbor who chased them all over the county, we got the bike back. Been sitting for quite a while though.

I realize it'sa moot point now, but it's not necessary to remove the airbox in order to get the carbs out. The airbox can be moved back far enough to get the carbs out the top.[&:]

Hey idodirt,

I pulled the box after the carbs, gotta make room for the nitrous stuff, etx. Not a lot of room on these things. Now I gotta figure out where to hide the bottle. Like it's gonna be a secret or something.
