Only 98HP!
Just bought a CBR1000F -94 imported from Germany to me in Sweden.
Theregistration papers says my MC has 98HP instead of 135HP that it should have. It feels week above 8000rpm and peeks at 235km/h....
Does anyone know where the power reduction is installed? Carburators, exhaust??? I would very much like to get rid of that ****....

These bikes were restricted by special intake boots (rubbers). In case it is still restricted, and it sounds so reading your impressions, it is just to carve up the intake boots to full diameter. They are restricted in the middle part only, so you will se how much that needs to be removed for full diameter. While you have the carbs removed, as you need to remove the boots, also check the size of the main jets. They should be #122 on a full power bike. They may alreadybe #122 on a restricted bike but I'm not sure.
