I'd get another one Sawnee- these bikes get VERY hot in the tank area. The air around the rear of the motor is restricted by the carbs and airbox, so any heat buildup goes............. to the family jewels ! (and the tank, if it's not protected - not a good thing !) There are two vents where the heat can escape - straight up onto your legs. One of the prices we pay for such cool bodywork....[8D]

I was enjoying the warmth during my winter ridesbut I can imagine what its gonna be like in the summer(if we ever get one).
Used to drive a TVR and the transmision tunnelwould get realy hot, nice in the winter(cos the heater never used to work)but like an oven in the summer[8D], great with the hood down , sun baking your head while the transmission cooked the rest of you
