haha.... now it's just killin' me because I don't know for sure if I'm right or not. Maybe while matt was away, his CB and CBR were goin' at it. When he got home they hurried up and got dressed but put on the wrong pegs? Purely speculation, but it sounds reasonable... Hmmm......now it's got me thniking. If she's pregnant, maybe she'll give birth to like an '86 CBX. That would be sweeeet!!!

Trout I like theway you think, kind of sick. I think I found my problem. Take a look at the topographic pic, pretty obvious the left one sits a bout an inch or so back. Now does anyone have a 1993 spare peg they would like to part with.
I'm still scratching my head about how it was mounted before I took it off. Should have taken pics before.

Matt

I know you can get one off a 94 on ebay, but it's like $70 shipped (which is too dam much....you can get one brand new from Mr. Cycles etc for the same price. What are these idiots thinking??)

Hopefully someone will come along and be able to help you out. Got any bike wreckers nearby? You may get lucky. Or just keep watching ebay, I guess. I'd certainly put up a "wanted" post, tho.. somebody may be able to hook you up.

The more I got to looking at ebay stuff, the more I think it's an 87/88 peg mounted to your bike.

Check out the 1994 HERE
And the 1988 HERE

I think I have a pair of 90 footpegs lying around.

Just pay postage.............

A left bracket off a '90 should fit fine.... exactly what he needs. Just not the 87/88 as they are much longer.
Ya know, shadow... you might be ok after all....

Shadow,

If you have the left bracket for a 90, I'll take it. Name the price.

I have footpegs, not brackets, sorry.
Maybe buy the one on fleabay ? Offer the guy $20 and postage.............

BUT WHY WOULD YOU WANT A 90 MODEL BRACKET, WHEN YOUR BIKE'S A 93 ?

(or is that Trout just being obtuse, as per normal)

Ya know, shadow... you might be ok after all..
How would you know, Trout, not being a well person yourself, and all........?
