No Spark to plugs

Who is this "Fat Man" and how come he knows so much about the dark side? Do we have an electrical guru in our midst?
It would appear his knowledge extends past "when the smoke gets out, it's farked".
Welcome aboard Fat Man [although to be fair, I feel a little bit uncomfortable calling you that, but I guess if you're happy with it, it's all good]

Wow
Absolutely full on respect to you Fat Man.
You were spot on and its something I would never have even looked at!
I finally got time to check it out and have taken a couple of pics - there will be something coming up for the How To section (More pointers than a full how to)
I now have spark!

GRRRRRRRR
ok I have spark - but clearly the timing is all out of whack as the timing rotor is also different.
Easy engough to swap them over you'd think - the manual just says to remove the right crankcase cover and hold the crankshaft whilst you unbolt it.
However there is NO way of getting a grip on it :-( - any ideas?
