not sure going to need more information. I assume you went back and checked all the wiring that you touched, reconnected the battery, and all the silly stuff like put it in nuetral

Maybe battery not up to the job ? As JB said in another post, you really need to spin these motors to get them to fire, so a strong battery is VITAL.

Could also be a fuel problem - if you have fuel filter, check that, also check fuel is getting to the carbs, may be blocked petcock ? Carbs need a clean ? Also check your sidestand switch - I know that sounds strange, but a friend of mine just spent a great deal of money on his bike, to check for stalling at lights, and found the sidestand switch to be faulty, causing intermittent running and stalling. It's a long shot, but worth a look......With your saying it "started missing" I'm thinking spark or fuel, and if you've changed plugs......

No, you can't just unplug the stand switch, you have to join the wires.
Could your kill switch be faulty ? (I've knocked mine at least twice while riding, took a while to figure it out)
If there's gas on the plugs, has to be electrical - did you replace plug leads correctly ( I know that sounds pretty basic, but we've all done it at least once !)
Coil 1 runs plugs 1 & 4, coil 2 runs plugs 2 & 3.. Manual is available on the forum - 87-96 models:
http://members.iinet.net.au/~cbr/Hon...ice_Manual.pdf
It's 11 Mb, and pretty comprehensive.Let us know what you find was wrong - we can all learn new tricks.......

Which page are you referring to ?
Section 20 of the manual deals with troubleshooting - some good options there.
Shout if I can do any more.

Try this first, Pull one plug and let it rest on the top on the valve cover. When the engine is turned over, do you see a spark between the spark plug gap? If so is it a blue or orange spark? If you get good spark try the other coil. Just as Shadow1 said before, Coil 1 runs plugs 1 & 4, coil 2 runs plugs 2 & 3.

EDIT: typing error with fat fingers.
