There's lots, but the CBR 1000F was way more popular in Europe than in the US. I love seeing the different colors schemes that were available across the pond compared to US versions. So keep the pictures coming.

I'm a new CBR1000F owner, but don't have any good pics of my bike to share.

I just pulled all the front, and front-side farings off to see what I can do about repairing them. Most are lacking mounting tabs and were held on with zip-ties, but they still looked good except for some cracked paint on the cowl. My winter project is going to be sanding down and repainting all the farings, and trying to rig a way that I can mount them without zip-ties. Wish me luck.

Can't complain about anything mechanical though. It has a nice full Yoshi exhaust (which unfortunately meant no more center-stand). Talk about a great growling sound.

Can't wait until the spring.... only bad thing about living up in MA

Were the tabs broken, or was the PO too cheap to buy the special Honda bolts to mount the fairing pieces?

Thanks for the warm welcome guys - my CBR1000F currently has a massive Sankei(honda replica)silencer welded to the downpipes...[:'(].
I believe as standard these bikes had a 4 into 2 system......but nevermind as for Xmas i recieved an Art titainium can to go on it!,
Just gonna have to hack the silencer off thats on there at the moment, and get some link-pipe welding trickery done. Can't wait!
Over here in the UK we have limited aftermarket exhausts avalible for this model....Motad/nexus and thats it i think.
I know in the USA that Two Brothers and V&H do ones for these bikes!

Cheers, and a Happy New Year to you all - CBR_LOVER

I know what you mean about exhausts mine are standard at the mo and seem in good nick, but will be looking at aftermarket when the time comes, maybe using motad stainless front pipes to keep the two silences.
