RE: Newbie
Are you for real or what?
A bog stock CBR does 10.5 in the hands of a competent racer. Even the lastest Busa's and zx14's are doing 9.8's and only doing 8's when highly modified?
According to Drag racing calculators you would either need to have gotten the cbr's weight down to 220lb to do an ET of 7 Secs!

Hey Trips'
It's a for real 1/8 mile number, it's set up for the 1/8, 1 down, 2 up, full Two Brothers system, lowered & strapped in the front. Rear is stock height, translates to a mid 11's, 1/4. Gearing keeps it slow on the back half of the 1/4. These bikes don't make any power on the other end.
Busa's and 14's usually catch it by the end of the 1/8, got a little surprise for them over the winter, I rarely ride my dragbike anymore so the nitrous system gonna find a new home on the Honda.

1/8th mile?
WTF Is that a US thing? I cant say I have heard of it over here.
What wrong with the 1/4 mile?
Just out of curiosity how many RPM do you give it before take off?
Do you just dump it or do you still let the cluth out slowly?
Ever had any mechanical problems with drag racing the cbr?
