Hey thanks guys for all the help this is a great forum very helpful people. I still need some photos of around the instument panel and that area I'm missing a lot of parts and not sure what. Again thanks for the help.

Interesting, Hondainverted the fuel guage and temperature guage on the later models. Photo taken on a dyno tester I assume?

The photo must be on the road because the 1987-1988 had the speedo on the front wheel. It should not read any speed if it was in a dyno.

Very good point. Never owning a 87-88 I wouldnt have known that. I thought they were all driven from the front sproket. So, in that case, Kool!!

thanks for all the help this forum is great when i first started looking for parts I thought I was in troube because good parts were so scarce. Im still looking for a windshield and mirrors all I can find are mirrors for a 600 and there all newer than mine.

I picked up these mirrors for my 95 1000f and was very happy with them. Perfect fit and only cost me 28.00 +SHfor the set.

check them out, they are located in the US.
