Hey I am rebuilding a 1987 Hurricane and am in need of some information. I need to get new plastics for the bike. Basically everything. And want to know what the differences between the 600cc and the 1000cc and what years I can get parts off of. I believe the 600cc had a different looking front light plastic piece but I am not sure.

Any help would be great. I have a 1000cc by the way.

Thanks for the quick reply's. But I am mainly interested in getting the body back to stock right now. I'm needing to know where to buy body parts and what will fit the 1000cc. I've been watching the for sale board here and ebay also. I thought they were the same bikes except for the motors.

The manuals give parts breakdowns, so you can see all the body bits.
600 bits are NOT interchangeable for most - it's a different bike - look at the breakdowns in the manuals under BODYWORK and you'll see.

If you google zip codes, at least when searching in the US, your first hit will be a map of the zip code area. All you need is to plug in the 5 digit number. Shadow, you might need to use a US proxy to get US google. Anyhow, 56081 is St. James, Minnesota.
