Default my new 1993 1000f :-)

Just brought home my new 1000f 1993 26000 miles. Newer pilot powers. Only gripe is that the blinkers don't work. But who needs those anyway? I'll throw up some pictures when I get home. Mobile site isn't being friendly, and my phone's about dead.
But I can say this. I'm freaking excited. It's definitely more comfortable than my old 954.
Plenty of go. Carbs feel good, it's silky smooth.

She's going to be my daily for back and forth to work.

I didn't pay a penny, I traded 3 different vehicles to get it. I'll post pictures of it all later.

Thanks guys,
Ricky

Some quick pictures of the bike. Two small rash marks on either side. No broken fairings.
Traded a broke down mustang for a Chevrolet truck, truck for a ok 1998 Explorer and the Explorer for this beautiful beast.
Took about two months but I'm happy.

Well done, a solid looking machine.

Thanks everyone, and it has a ohins rear shock, adjustable. Don't know much about, but the settings were all the way on soft. I stiffened it up a little. Going to see what the difference is today.

As far as the exhaust goes I didn't get a picture of the other side but it looks the same.
What exhaust is it?
Can anyone name that exhaust. Looks stock. Had fairing pieces that go over the sides on it. Looks oem but I thought these old girls came with single exhaust.

No cct rattle. My first Honda that didn't have it. Needs a little tlc odds and ends overall though I think I did ok.

Engine is definitely strong not quite as on, off power that I remember the 954 being.

However I calculated the mpg yesterday 100 miles on half tank. About 45.5 hand calculated. Much better than the old fire blade ever got.
Thinking of going on a ride today see if I can stretch her out a little.

Lastly to be as heavy as it is, it is really easy to throw around. My ride to work is really twisty and the hurricane handles it like a dream.

That's the stock exhaust on the bike Bubba, twin pipes as standard.

Glad you're enjoying the ride, you might find the MPG dropping slightly as you get used to her and wring her out a little

There's a lot of low down grunt, but the action really starts to happen at 7000RPM+.

Would be interested to hear how she compares to the Blade.
