Default Michelin Pilot Road 3

Since my driveway and road in front of my house is a sheet of ice. I am unable to get my bike to the shop and get tires put on it yet. I got a magazine in the mail this week, and had Sport-touring tires in there. I liked the Michelin Power Pures I had on mine last year. They did last the whole season, gripped really well. I did do alot more interstate traveling last year than I have done in many years. Maybe age or maybe I wanted to go and see more, I don't know and really doesn't matter. I was wondering if anyone else knew about these tires? Maybe they came out overseas last year and now they are just getting here.

Here is a pic of the rear tire.

I've done $7,000 km on my PR2's on my sv1000 mainly 2-up & i love em + the tread still looks like new (I've herd of 18,000km out of a rear PR2).

All i know is one of those PR3's has my name on it for the front of my CBR (already have a PR2 rear).

The PR3's look to be better in the wet....http://www.superbike.co.uk/news/Mich...ws_304862.html

When I got my 1000F on the 19th of Feb last year it had a near new PR2 on the rear and 02571km on the odometer. The tyre is still on it and the odo reads 30282. If the PR3 is a better tyre I expect to get at least 35,000 out of it.

Yeah Sprock they should be here in the states. I think I am going to get these. I just have to wait for the ice to melt so I can get to the dealer.

Gotta love meters that only have 5 digits.
I used to get 20-25,000 from the PR2s on my ZZR and I sold that with 859km on the clock.
