I'm an idiot I know... But still please help
I know you guys won't like it but I turned the 94 into a fighter a few weeks ago. (trust me I regret it) but what is done is done and I still ask for your help.
Ok so without any "you f'd up" comments here's the list...
I thought I could cut corners on a 4 to 1 exhaust & take off the old 2, cap one & throw a short/cheap one from autozone on. In doing this I obviously don't get the power I should on the low end (bogs a little in first). Top end power is awesome. However runs like a beast. So I figured it was my pilot screws/ float bowls exc... So I go to look at my screws & they're turned in (clockwise) fully already! WTF!!!?? So I turn them 2.5 like most threads suggest & the overflow valve leaks like a siv.... Ughhhhhhhhhh so I clean my carbs the needles seen to work as they should & the damn thing still pours fuel... So again I know I f'd up & just want her to run smooth again.. Without throwing every penny I have into it. Help.

Any input on what I should be looking at jet wise

carbjetkits.com feed in your info on the bike and it will tell you jet sizes and their kits are cheap.
Also
Once you pull the float bowls on these old girls after years of use the gaskets lose
their sealing ability - use Permatex Form A Gasket Sealant #1 after you install
your jet kits leave 24 hrs to cure then off you go - this is the hard setting sealant
so once done - leave them - don't get nosy and go pulling them off again
How do I have a good angle on this ? - I've just done two sets and this worked 100%

Basically you'd be looking at 135 mains , 42 pilots and two shims per needle
Also

I ran my 93 plugged on one side with a single pipe before I jetted it and added a second pipe back on.
With a plug and a single pipe the bike had a low end stumble and leaned out on the
the top end - a run on a DYNO confirmed this and the recommendation was rejet the bike
to suit - and more so if going with two high flow exhaust cans
You could buy any kit you like I went with the above stated as it was a complete
set , mains , pilots & shims for less than 50 bucks
The exhaust plug I used on the left side was a 2" round 1.25 inch piece of alum stock
but as I said - I have since put it back to dual pipes - runs better sounds waaay better
So I take it with a 94 you had the Motion Pro "D" socket to turn the pilot screws ????? !

You have to balance the flow on the airbox side to match the output flow on the
exhaust side - jet kits do that - it's a fine balancing act - if you have a lot of flow
ability on the exhaust side - you need more volume through the carbs to match that
or it will stumble and run lean and consequently be at a loss for power
