Default Hugger fit

Guys,
Would any of you know if this would fit an 89 ? The listing says 87-88. I'm hoping they were all the same around this time. Thanks

Won't fit Geoff, sorry
Built for the narrower tyre on the 87/88.
I don't know of any hugger that'll fit the 1000F from 89 on......
Maybe something off a Blackbird.....

Thanks mate. What a bugger...... I'll take the one off my BB and see if that will fit it. If that doesn't work then that be the end of it. I have searched the net far and wide and no one has ever made one for these bikes after 88 it seems. Cheers.

Personally, I don't see the need in one. I would install one if I did not have a good way to keep water out of the electronics but the inner fender on these bikes work very good. It's just extra weigh as I see it.

I've found that they help keep the majority of the road crap out of the rear shock. Thats certainly been the case on my BB. Anything that prolongs the life of expensive parts is a bonus imo.
