Default Hello strangers!

Hi everyone, some of you will remember I had a red CBR1F which I sold in November. BIG mistake. I bought an St1300 and had it for all of four weeks. I just found it too civilised and was not ready for such a bike. So it sold to a nice man from Holland who was taking advantage of the Euro.

I was searching for someone to relight the soul and found this gem. 12 years old and only two owners since new. It is more comfy for me that the CBR and is a complete hoot.

I have missed the chat on here, and hope you don't mind a Thunderace owner re-joining the forum.

Regards
Phil

Welcome back Flogger! I won't give you a hard time ´bout the T-Ace, but don't ask me to pick up the things that falls off it when you ride it! A friend of mine has a T-Cat 600, and that bike, though less miles, was WAY more "shaky" then my CBR when I rode it. And it almost tore off my head when I got up in speed. I haven't tested a 1000, so I can only speak for the 600, hopefully the 1000 is better.

Thanks for the messages guys. The 1000 Ace is superb. A very well put together bike and very under rated. Honestly I love it to bits. It handles brilliantly and every ride is like a GP race with my mates!

It will never match the Honda for build quality, but I now have a car for commuting in winter, so bike mileage is not so much of an issue now.

I will always have a soft spot for the 1F though.

regards
Phil

Nice looking bike mate, you should have spent the money on indoor plumbing before buying a new bike!!!!!!!!!!
