RE: got smoked!
I posted this in a another thread a little while back I will be testing the set up. First of next month and will report back as to how well it worked
15/46 just installed and have no ideal as to its road worthiness will tell you stocked chain is just barely long enough. And this is a temporary set up. Myself, and R1000 had a late-night discussion on this subject. Only planning to run this for about two months or so after getting back on my feet. I ride with a mixed group, on a regular basis a R1, GSXR 1000 & 750 , ZX10 and a Hayabusa. So, as you can see traveling in this crowd. I am usually the last bike off the line don't really give a damn about the top end issue would really like to pull these guys out the hole will drop back to a 16/44 whether the setup achieves my goal are not.
btw
all of these guys are running Excelerator kits , power commanders and of course, aftermarket exhaust. Nothing in this crowd is stock

RE: got smoked!
15/46......Hoooo Boy ! Well, I don't think you'll be last off the line, or even last to 100MPH with that setup....You'll probably be laying down lots of dark stripes, and your wallet'll throb like hell having to buy new tyres and sprockets way too often....It'll be fun while it lasts though, and I'd pay to see the look on their faces.....

RE: got smoked!
looks like i'll be looking for some new gears 15/43 maybe??? i dont know whats on the front but i do know i have a 45 tooth gear on the back . that might be why i got him from a 2nd gear roll on for only about a 2 bikes lenght. does anybody know if that 15/43 set up is the stock gears?
