Imagine also having a problem with your bike (puncture, bad fuel-common in Russia, etc and being stuck there)- how scary would that be ? Gives me the "Ghostlies" just thinking about it....[X(]
Pete .. sometimes I am in the middle of nowhere on my bike ... miles from anywhere up in the welsh mountains ..I sometimes wonder if I got a puncture now what happens?? ... it's the only thing that has bothered me sometimes but it has never thankfully happened ..

At least carry a puncture repair kit Jules - I've had two puncrures on the open road, and would have been really stuck without a kit...

Yes, Chris it has many names - Green Slime, Fix-a-flat, Tyreweld to name but a few. Inflates the tyre and blocks up the hole ( I still like to plug it first though.....)

And as of now, Kiddo, you couldn't "push it " ten feet...!!! GET SOME KIT !![:'(][:'(] he he

You know, the internet is amazing. Here I am,having a dialogue with people I would love to meet. From all over the world, that have a passion for and ride the same (similar) bikes . I have learned so much on this forum about my bike and now about places in the world! I feel very lucky to have found this place. Awesome!
