cocohibb,

I can't stop laughing!

I got to your site by following your membership info. Got ya in FL.

The video is great! I am conservative, so opposites attract and I really enjoy seeing stuff I would not try.

How is the height situation going?

Here is a sugestion try and set your back spring to the lowest setting and then let your forks come up in the triple tree say 50 to 75 mm this might help

Sky - Yeah, I'm down here in FL. Raining now nearly every weekend....

I did look at the Ladies Forum...but ya know, I hate to say it, but I'd rather refer back to the gents... The suggestions from the gals are things like get cuter, higher boots and/or try sliding off the side of the seat at every stop - not really the best solutions.

So I'm sticking with the great advice I got here! Got the back suspension positioned as low as possible. Friend coming over this weekend to drop tree down on forks.

However, I just can't wait. Went out riding on her last night, feeling a little more confident, but still avoiding red lights like the plague!

Thanks, guys! Don't let the girlies find out I've defected! [:-]

I was going to suggest changing the rims to a smaller size, but there may be some issues with that, it might look pretty cool...

Hello
If you are to small for the bike then sell it and buy another one. This is one of the bigges sportsbikes on the market.
I canĀ“t help wonder why you chose this bike, didnĀ“t you try it before you closed the deal?
Choosing another bike must be way cheaper than rebuilding this one.

....In all friendlyness because riding a bike is quite dangerous as it is.

Rhino... at 5'2", honestly, there aren't a lot of options for sport/sport-touring bikes that will fit me. For those of you taller guys, maybe this isn't a big problem for you and you haven't had to consider it so much... "Oh, just go and find another one" is easier said than done. I'll tell ya, I've been looking for over 2 years for a bike that I could at least tip toe on. This was the closest fit. Believe me, I've also done my research, and this bike has a pretty good reputation as well. Additionally, I wanted a bigger bike as I've outgrown my ex5, and was looking for a bike with a less aggressive seating position. So... for my height, preferences, and my price range, this is my girl! (And yeah, I did try it before I closed the deal.) Just need to work with her a little bit to get her down an inch or two.

Raising the forks in the triple clamp changes the rake and probably the trail. This will affect the steering. It will probably be quicker, but more twitchy. It would be loads easier to cut some foam out of the stock seat. Even trimming the edges of the seat might help.
