Fuel shut-off ??

Fuel shut-off ??
On my fuel shut-off on my 91 cbr1000f there are 2 vacuum ports. One points toward the rear which I think has the vacuum line on it. There is also one that points straight down. Anything go on to this one?? Mine has nothing. Thanks

My '89 model had a hose attched, but when I traced it, it finished around the swing arm pivot area. Maybe has to do with balancing/managing the air pressureto make the vacuum work properly, or so says my brother in law, who is a refrigeration mechanic and has lots to do with things vacuum.
