Default Free front sprockets for 1kF owners

I found a pair of new and unused front sprockets in the garage that remains from the CBR 1000 F -92 thatI had last year. If anyoneneeds them I'llsend them by openpost for free. Oneis 17-t and the other 15-t. They are theJapanese JT sprocketsthat are made ofthe very best steel. The 17-t is stock and 15-t is for the one who like to perform a wheelie. I'm not sure if the 15-t may need a shorter chain, or to be combined with a larger rear sprocket to be able to use ona stock chain lenght.

The first one that replies to this post will get the sprockets, or if you only want one of them the other goes to the next person. Tell me if you want both or which one you like to have. The sprockets will be sent as unregistered letters, so there is a small chance that they will be lost on the mail route or thrown by the custom if the mail is opened.

I’ll send a PM to the person that will have the sprocket(s) to get the postage address. Don’t answer to the offer by sending me a PM; reply in this thread so other knows if they are already asked for.

Hi R1000! I have a new set of chain and sprockets for my CBR, but stock gearing (17/41, or maybe 40, don`t remember), and I would like to gear it down a little. I was thinking more of bigger rear sprocket, I´m worried if the chain will touch the swingarm or something else with that small front sprocket as 15. If someone really needs it then give it to them, but if noone else replys, you can send it to me. Cheap postage fee too

I would be real surpriced if the 15-t causes the chain to hit the swing, and the swing has a protection for the chain. The downside with a 15-t is that it will bend the chain a litte more. I don't know if that really affect the chain life since it is bended quitea lot with any front sprocket. If you PM me your address I send it to you tomorow and you can check how it fits on the bike. You will get 13 % more torque on the rear wheel on all gears so dont forget toclose the helmet strap

Fine it came thru mikekop. The 17-t that went to US was taken out from the original packing, but has not been mounted either.

Looking forward to 15-twheelie reports !
