Don't think it's the what or how much in that argument Joe, seems to
be more about having things rammed down their throats more than anything
else. Then of course the silencing of said lambs really threw gas on that
fire........would make for a good white paper in how to go about getting your
customers all pissed off at you.

Comes down to one thing poor and ineffective communication in my opinion.

 

I read it again. So these are people who bought software to operate forums, I presume as a business, and they got the rules changed on them, and then they got banned from support when they pointed that out?

Makes it hard to do business.
