Default fork oil

i do not have a service book for my bike, could someone tell me the weight of the oil and how much to put in the fork I am going to change mine out soon..


if anyone knows where to download the book that would help too..

Haynes say

ATF or Fork Oil (No grade seems to be given).

Oil level is measuered from the top of the tube with the fork spring removed and the leg fully compressed

FK, FL, FM, FN Models 409cc

FP models onwards both legs 418cc

It's 10W, same as ATF.
