seems to me there must be a difference in uk and aust models as mine has very high pegs and i cant grind until the very limits of the tyre and at that point im gripping the seat with my ***.lol.
or is it the 91 onwards models are higher,my front doesnt sit down like the one in ur avatar thats for sure.

No it's not that there to high more not wide enough example there a full 25mm shorter than a fazer thou (FZ1) foot peg
also towards the end of the pug the rubber turns up so if your foot rests towards the outside as the peg is not wide enough the point stickes into the bottom of your foot and aches like made and make you move your foot constantly this affects both sides
never had this issue with any of the bikes i have owned
going to see if i can fit the fazer ones this evening worst case i'll grind off the rubber hump
