Default fitting a Garmin Nuvi

I know some of you have done it - I need pics of the bracket you used - Sprocketman................?
I also found a bracket from HongKong which will fit on bikes with bars, like the KLR, etc and may be of interest to those of you that ride other makes.........really cheap at $3..........

I know it is not the braket but Sproket shows. If you need a picture I will go take one from the side. I also found that after you ride alittle bit with it. I used some glue to help it from not rotating.

Thanks guys ! I found that "jewel" of a post about how to use the shaft down the centre of the headstock, and all is now easy !
I have threadbar, washers nuts etc, and making a mount is easy from there on.
Yay !
I'll post up when the Garmin 350 is fitted and running.

Thanks again.

Yep Headstock is the fastest simplest way.

Pete Garmin sells map updates by subscription from their website
direct loading into the Nuvi .............go check all that out first.

https://buy.garmin.com/shop/shop.do?pID=15535 this is an example
of a map for the Nuvi 265WT (the 265W) is a great deal with wider screen
cheap on E-bay.......buy it load map into it from online

I have NUMAPS LifeTime for my Nuvi 885T .......Maps and updates forever
