Once got 900k out of my old ZZR1100's rear tyre, but I had fun

 

Hi Hardcore. The bike looks awesome. I love the aluminum sliders. Are they just for protection? or do you use themfor lifting up the bike like some racers I've seen?

I've got a question for you, slightly different topic.

Do you know if your front wheels and rotors are OEM( looks like they are)? Have you ever taken off the rotors? On your bike, is the large front spacer on the left or right? One side of the wheel hub (where the grease seal is) is lower than the rotor and the other sidesticks out past the rotor. My question is which side(left or right)has the longer spacer and which side sticks out past the rotor? I realize that the wheel has an arrow marking direction of rotation, but the service manual and the bike dont seem to agree. Per the manual, the hub sticking out past the rotor belongs on the left, but with the larger spacer. It doesnt seem to fit. If you need pics of what I'm referring to, let me know. If you could take a look and let me know, it would be great. Pics would be awesome too.

Unfortunately I have not had the front wheel off this particular bike myself. But I'll be happy to look tomorrow afternoon for you and see if I can answer the question if no one else has responded. There are a lot of knowledgeable individuals in this section, particularly with the cane itself Of coarse. May be one of the three wise men will wonder by an answer it before. I can take a look for you

 

Thanks Hardcore. Couldn't ask for more. The manual shows one thing, but the wheel indicates something different. When you look at the front end, can you tell me if the arrow showing rotation is on the right or left and the hub distance along with the spacers. If you have never had the rotors removed for any reason, then it should be like the factory originally installed them and I'll know for sure.
