Yikes .... that's a new one for me !!
First question though if I may , is why are you wanting to put those carbs on a 1000F ??
If they could be engineered to fit , I would say that the volume of fuel / air would not be right for the larger engine ... and the frigging around would be a bit dam fiddly to say the least ...and if you could fit them , the setting up to try to make them run a 1000 engine I think would be a nightmare !!
Why not scrounge up a used set of original ones and refurbish them ???
just my 2c worth

Carb throats & overall volume will be too small, you may get it to run but your fuel & air volume will be too low to run the bike properly.
You may end up with burnt valves or a hole in a piston.
If you need a set of 1000F carbs, I have a set off a Mk1/2

The man obviously likes a challenge, if you have enough money you can stick a jet engine in a submarine.
Well done you for taking on that challenge; when you have finished I have a friend in Nigeria who needs to clear 20 000 000 through a foriegn account and is prepared to pay quite a handsome commission for an investor to go in with him. Keep it really quiet though,I don't want these other guys hearing about it

maybe i worded the question wrong what airbox will fit the carbs on my 1000f will only stock fit????? reason i ask is because there are a few f2/f3 airboxes available locally for cheap an why pay 80 for one off an 87 1000f when i can get one for 20 off a newer bike that may fit

If you have an f2 or f3 air box there ATM already? , why not just try it to see ?
I personally still think that all the effort to hack one in is not really worth it ...
The K&N'S are ok .... but again , just my opinion , I don't like taking my CBR away from stock looking ....hey but that's just me ...
Good luck in either case ...
What are you calling f3 or f4? Are you referring to the CBR600f3 or 4? Those will most likely not work due to spacing and frame configuration. If you are referring to the second and third generation CBR1000F that's a different issue.
I think the question to be asked is " why do you want to swap the stock airbox" ???? Don't you have the original one? There must be one for sale on EBay or somewhere if you want to fit a stock one?
