i used the VHT header paint on my V&H header:

i like how they dont stand out on the bike like when they were polished. only mine werent polished and they were rusty. i sand blasted them before i painted.

bike has been down so i have been lurking on and off for a while. i didnt ride the last few months because of a flat. im gonna be putting on a new set come spring so ill be covered.

i also want to repaint. unsure of a color combo id enjoy.

Yu thinking stock paint scheme or custom ??

nothing stock. it would be simple, probably one color. you can always accent with decals.

hi guys for the prep work did u use high heat primer and after high heat clear? If yes were to get it?

My plan Carl is just multiple coats of flat matt high heat paint every now and then .
