How did you manage to get it as a PDF? If you are passing it out for free I would be happy to take you up on that one. I'm looking for microfiche that is somehow on my PC as well for part numbers...

Thanks!!!

Oh yeah, I have an 87 with a Wiseco big bore kit that is in pretty good shape. I have been to Bikebandit-their part numbers are different than the Honda numbers. I took a copy of my fiche to the library and made prints of each page, but lost the whole thing when I last moved.

The big bore kit is from Wiseco and I'm sure it's still available. I don't have the part numbers handy but a trip to their website should do the trick for you. The pistos are absolutely beautiful. I almost felt guilty hiding them inside of a motor where they couldn't be seen! The motor went to a 1050 and compression went from 10.5:1 to 12.5:1. It likes to run a bit hot if I'm in stop and go traffic for too long during the summer. It never overheats, it just runs hot. I was working at a shop at the time and bought the kit at cost. I don't remember what the retail price was. I do remember that for 600 bucks, I managed to get the kit complete with head gasket and rings, a complete gasket kit and have the cylinder work done. The labor on this monster was all me. It cost me some time, but no money. This bike had been so badly abused when I bought it that it really needed a lot of work. If I had known that going in, I would have passed on the deal. Never do business with a friend!
