I'm not far off 50K, so she's got a few miles left in her yet

What's it cost in maintenance/repairs per mile I wonder?

Makes you wonder.. How many bikes will get to this kind of mileage?

That is some of them just run out on a Sunday when the weathers right & what would 99k on a sports bike feel like?

GREAT PHOTO did you have to stop on the side of the road to get the numbers just right?

I was keeping an eye on it all day (500+ mile day) and when the time came (98,999.8) I started doing laps around a McDonalds and a bank until it lined up

That speedo is a testament to why many of us ride these bikes.
In a couple of weeks you'll have a "new" bike with 0 miles up.
