RE: Corbin seat?
I love my Corbin. The paper work said that it would take 1,200 miles to break it in. I put it on one morning and did 650 miles that day and concluded that there is no break in time needed. The saddle is harder but much wider holding you in firmly. It is a little harder to hang off the bike when fully leaned over but well worth the trade off. I went through the Corbin web site and paid $240 US.
They don't supply the black plastic part on the stock saddle around the petcock. I went to BikeBandit and ordered on for the Corbin rather than pulling my old one apart. I also drilled the lugs and used screws to hold it on.
Edit: I love my Corbin but puma690 saddle looks just as good at a better price.

RE: Corbin seat?
Thanks for the info, everyone! Puma690's might be a good choice, if it wasn't half way around the planet from me
I think I'll contact Casporttouring.com and see if they can get me a better price. They are a Corbin dealer, but don't do Internet orders.
I'm also surprised that they don't supply the fuel selector surround. That seems kind of lame. I'll ask when I order.
