Default thanks all

I replaced the three way right after I got the bike as it was screwed. I also had to replace the o-rings on the water pipes going into the head. I have totally went through the cooling system looking for leaks and replaceable parts. For whatever reason nothing works. To the last response to my initial question.... It is only pushing out coolant (noticeably) in the higher rpm's. Above 5k. I was running 115 mph on the highway the other day and had a steady stream of water coming out. I think I am going to try flushing the whole system with water and air too see if I have a clog when I get home today. When I hook the water hose up to the block should the water be free flowing?

I'm suspicious that when you got it the coolant hoses/connections were already gone. I fear it may have been ridden with low/no coolant a few times before that.

But if it will still do 115 without blowing smoke, then it can't be screwed up too badly.

BTW, I'm certainly no mechanic.

the pump-up tester for testing for a blown head gasket is not real expensive, i paid $50 for mine and it is a stant, it comes with all the adaptors. you attach it in place of your radiator cap and pump it up to a specific range, and if pressure drops , you know you have one of the following, blown head gasket, hole in the radiator, or a bad gasket somewhere...i recomend renting one from autozone if you dont want to buy one...peece

ok.... So I went and got a bottle of the world famous Bar's Leaks head gasket repair (guranteed to F*C* your sh** up worse than it was before) and read the instructions before installing.... In the instructions it said that it would treat my problem specifically.... It said that if I had the trouble I was having I should be able to remove the plugs in order to diagnose which cylinder was causing the issues... Well when I pulled the plugs from cylinders 2 and 3 upon examination I noticed the porcelain part of the plug had tons of build up from the different stop leaks I have run in the past ... WHY WOULDN'T THE PORTION OF THE PLUG SCREWED INTO THE MOTOR HAVE THE RESIDUE ON IT?... The instructions went on to say that the problem cylinders should be disabled while running the stop leak through it. The bike will not run with one plug wire disconnected let alone 2. THOUGHTS??? One gentleman suggested the overflow hose. My bike is not set up that way. Anyway after running the bike for a short time with the head gasket repair in it it started blowing water and overheating worse than ever before....
