mid 50's going to work and coming home, no more sweat dring from the back of the helmet!!!!

 

We had 8 days this last summer where it did not rain. Now I am in Augusta, GA and the weather is great. Next week I will be south of Dallas, TX and it will be warm there. The following week I will be a little south of Green Bay, WI. From Green Bay I head to Manchester,UK where I will be until the end of next summer. I am a long way from my bike and there is frost up there now. I am disliking the fact that I am here. I would rather be home riding in the frost, enjoying anything but the cursed rain that I rode in all summer.

If the sky is blue where you are, you are truly blessed.

Under 30 Degrees, I take the Truck.

 

well i figure i ride my sled at -10 to -20F at the same speeds in the winter, so dress warm and its not bad

 

That's cool, I prefer to ride w/o a ton of Gear i.e. Helmet, gloves, etc.

 

must not get very freakin cold in 'ol TX does it?

 

It freezes here as well, only not a lot of Ice or Snow.

Damn us to Hell!

...Again, I'll ride without Gear in 30 Degrees, guess I'm just a puss huh?

 

i am a born mainer, lived here my whole life, just used to it i guess. my bike stays out till 1st snow, then out comes the sled, and ice fishing gear
