He he Steve..... I'm with you. Seafoam looks better on the shore line.
I can see a new thread coming on to find out what everyone else (outside of the States) is using as a fuel additive/cleaner. Seafoam isn't available in the UK as far as I know.
I run Redex through the tank regularly. It hasn't made a lot of difference on the bike as far as I can tell but I've been using it for years in the cars and vans and they really do benefit from it. Fuel consumption improves and emissions go right down.
As for your choke query Matt, have you checked the return spring on the carb assembly. If it won't push the sliders to the full extent when you close it (turn it off) on the lever it may be worth replacing it. Mine had a similar prob. A new spring made all the difference.
Mind how you go in the cold weather.

Seafoam may have a product that could help. It's called Bugs Be Gone. But if the lady of the house has the same rash, south of the equator, it will make her run the 1/4 mile faster then that bike of yours.
