CBR 1000f no oil at left cams

CBR 1000f 1987 no oil at left cams
Hi all , all new at this , so on CBR 1000f 1987 has No oil at left side cams , right side has lots of pressure,, with left and right inlet cam caps off I can blow air down right side oil feed hole and it blows out the oil filter hole ,not on the left side , something blocked?
