Angry Cabin Fever

So the sun is shining , the birds are singing and by rights I should be warming up the bike and going for a blast right?

Wrong I'm on standby , which means I have to sit next to the phone and be available for any flight and report for duty within 2 hours. I got three days of this . Yesterday was the first so I spent all afternoon polishing the bike .

Don't know what I'm gonna' do today , but I know the moment I put my leathers on I'll get the call.

Got to make it to three today , then I can get a ride in ,but don't want to plan it too much 'cos I could get a call at 2:55 and miss out!!

Unlucky Hawkwind. I just managed to escape the mother in law and domestic duties for a quick spin on the Ace to Finchingfield (the long way of course). Loads of bikes out enjoying the weather.

Hope you get a ride out without being disturbed...

Hey I don't think anyone's job can be laughed at these days! I have missed out all weekend too, revising for some exams next week.....

I've recently been out around Finchingfield myself, there are some nice little roads around there, some nice corners!

Hello Hawk,

Is that true that working on airplane related industry you get some sweet deals on fares and tickets??

Probably you could swing one for your pal at the other side of the pond then

Good luck and hopefully you will be strolling those roads in no time!!
