Not yet one thing at a time. I really think that my cam chain tensioner is not right. But, it is hard to tell since I have never seen another one.

Quickly? Nowhere. You could go to a Honda shop and have them overnight one (at your very high cost I might add)

$110 from Mr. Cycles, but I don't know how quick you'll get it. You can call and ask them. See if they have it and how quick they can get it to you.

Update, installed new cam chain tensioner kit. Adjusted valves (what a treat those exhaust valves are) This noise has changed but, unfortunately I still have a nasty noise I am going to upload a new vid asap. I think some of the noise was the chain for sure.

Your ASAP is putting me to sleep (just kidding). I still think, based on the first video, that the sump needs to be opened and the rod caps removed to inspect the rod bearings. I believe you can gain access to them through the sump. Like a stated before, I am going by what I can hear in the video.

Perhaps a new video would prove different.

The reason there is no new video is that I replaced the engine. In the process of changing the alternator to the new engine I found the nut was off the end of the shaft and rubbing the shaft in fact the end of the shaft was ground down to round destroying about half of the threads and reducing the shaft size. The bearings look good (FYI the only way to access the rod bearings is to split the case in my experience) there was some small amount of metal in the pan that I think would be consistent with the alternator shaft and nut. Anyway the new engine is a 98 with a little over 8k miles it runs and sounds sweet in fact I have noticed a little more low end torque as I keep breaking the tire loose in the turns when I hit the throttle to bring it up. Perhaps I will post a video of the new engine and carbs, but I am spending my time riding it since it was down for nearly a month. I also got the wiring harness, swingarm, rear wheel, sprockets and basically anything need to run the engine. I want to say thankyou to all you guys for your help and suggestions in this matter!! Thanks Bros
