in my opinion would run a lesser top end but would as you correctly
say accelerate faster alright.

Sprock, get your chit together on the KPH.
NYKnick, you may want to check in the F3 section and ask what kind of rpms they are getting with different gearing.
Otherwise, the general rule (like sprock said) is larger sprocket in the rear OR smaller in the front produces higher RPMs at lower speed, while smaller in the rear and larger in the front produces lower RPMs at higher speeds.
