I have'nt looked yet but do the bar come out off the clamp section if so I can repair it?
I don't think so. Many aftermarket ones are able to be separated, but I don't think these will.

If it's any consolation I had my rear tyre let go at about 140 MPH a couple of weeks ago albeit slowly, not a bang but rapid deflation.
Stupid bobbies with their stinger strips.

cheers bud, guess I will just have to buy the one on ebay. Just as well we have a sence of humor about the things ah. Shame they dont do run flats for bikes, that would bugger them cops up lol.
