Default Anyone run into This before?

I seem to have this problem with my oil cooler hitting the fork guards (little plastice fork deflectors). I'm worryed they will break. Especially if your wheel is turned left or right.

I figured it out. Appearenly the "T" metal bracket that holds the oil cooler to the frame of the bike was broken. Had to weld it back on and it seems tickity-boo now. Sorry for the fuss!

I had to remove the fork guards from my bike a while ago. Do you think they really do anything?

Well, they help protect the area of the forks that the seal slide up and down on. If you get a rock kicked up off the ground and it nocks the slider area, the fork seal can develop a tear and spew fluid everywhere.

Yeah, and they keep general crap off the cylinder for the same reason as mentioned above. Easier on the seals.

I noticed today that my oil cooler moves around a lot (vibarates a lot) at high speed.
Wonder if I should take a look and make sure it's nice and tight...
