I've never been to your website.......some of the pictures were downloaded from this forum, but nobody ripped anything off your website, friend..........any personal images which appear would have been published here by the owners. I may have leftt a couple in the file in error, but that's the only error, to my knowledge.
I have the Honda DVD's with every model produced by Honda up to 2005 to verify what I'm saying...........unless I've confused the files in my computer.
I'd suggest we take this to PM's if you have a problem with what I've posted...............

 

No, no problem here. DonĀ“t get me wrong. I donĀ“t mind and I donĀ“t care since apart from my own bike I also have taken all these "model-years" pictures on that particular page from other websites many years ago. ItĀ“s just funny if they ended up an any CD/DVD from some dealer.

But the other pictures that I publish on my http://www.racing.gs/n/index4.html page are not from someone elses pages. Those are sent-in pictures from CBR1000 owners around the world which contacted me during these years.
I still gets some pictures every now and then from Hurricane enthusiasts.

When I started my homepage in around 1999 there were not much information about the CBR1000 out there so I thought I would publish something about this bike as I bought mine in 1990 and still runs it with joy every (summer-) day.

If you or anyone else want your bike pictures on my site, just e-mail them to me. I still collects pictures of CBR1000.

 

I think you'll find that the original images that you downloaded, came from the Honda Dealership DVD's which I have, covering every model Honda produced from 87-05, complete with all the part numbers and drawings - if they weren't 1.4 GB I'd mail you a copy. If you'd like duplicates, I can burn a set for you - they do take some loading, though, as each year has to be partially deleted when you add the next year, for some reason. I purchased them from a guy in the UK a few years back who advertised them on e-Bay. They aren't generally available, as they were supposed to be for dealers only.
It seems we have the same images, from different sources........
I would never rip anyone's images off a website, and publish them , without acknowledging the source in the relevant article.
Let's agree that at the end of the day, we're both trying to help the other members, right ?

I would love to get a hand on that DVD. By e-mail is not possible with that size. Du you have any FTP server or some other way to transfer the data?
