Default 88 cbr1000f muffler gasket discontinued

im looking for the gasket that is between the header pipe and extension pipe it is no longer available at honda does anyone know of an aftermarket in the usa? any and all help is greatly appreciated OEM part# GASKET, MUFFLER 18391-ML0-003 thanks

I called service honda they said it was no longer available

I may ask my dealer i am going there tomorow if lucky there is still some in inventory here. if so i will buy it and ship to you.

On the same note if anyone find the right rear wheel spacer for a 93 and up I would ask yo the same service. it is also discontined.

If you can get me the dimensions to the spacer, I can try to have one made at my father's machine shop.

Pretty easy. 4mm wider then the one on the 1988, i was able to ajust it with washer that are 1mm each. i Wll be taking my wheels of nexxt week i will let you knoe.

Buying parts overseas is easy - I HAVE to do it as all I get from the local stealership is a blank look when asking about the 1000F (they didn't import them)
E-Bay.UK and e-Bay.De are the best. Germany is a bit pricey, but plenty of Hurri's over there.
Look around - bargains to be had !
