Did ya try jumping it from an auto sized battery..........your battery might be done
Run Sea Foam or other such product down the fuel line and see if she'll wake up
with that.

Like Sprock says , apparently these bikes need the battery to be 100% , if it's even slightly off the bike wont start , even though all 'vital signs' seem to be OK.

Jump it from a car , but NOT WITH THE CAR RUNNING!! , see if it starts.

I need more info before venturing any ideas.

Choke cable connected
Is the bike turning over slowly
Is the vacuum hose connected
Is the fuel hose kinked
etc etc

If it's a starter damper issue then Shadow knows all about that .........

Here's an example of starter damper problems

Default hi!

thanks for quick replys, yes I have tryed start with a car batery(car not running) without result, all hoses are conected, and it gets fuel, yesterday I checked the plugs (again) every one sparks, but with a tiny tiny spark. I suspected the bike batery but still didnt start with car batery..? already renued (new) starter cluntsh and one little clunch on the charger axel where the chain conects from cam shaft(?)
why can't jump start with car running? (havent done it yet, but the temtation is big...heh!)

Don't jump from car with running ...........too much juice .........y'll fry her ***

Timing issue maybe ?? Valves

Borrow a compression tester start there.......test all 4

Then check timing

Just re read your post..........define tiny spark..........as in hardly any ?

Also as Shadow says ...........CHOKE working right ?

Sounds like timing to me. Unless the choke isn't connected (like shadow said).
