Depends how you 'set" them when installed , I have a pair on right now
that are set more straight than usual and they do touch the fairing but still
get sufficient lock out of them ..enough for tight turning.

However I'm pulling them off soon for a set of DanMoto 3D's where I ''ll
have the ability to bring the bar more rearwards while still keeping the
straight/level/higher attributes !

anyone got a pic by pic instalation of genmar risers?

just got a set of second hand ones for the bird.

do i have to loosen and drop the yokes through.
where does the allen csrew go.

so simple probably, , just not picturing it right now. lol

5mm drop in the yokes if needed,, that i can go with.

just have to get the wife to ly on the ground incase it falls over., just great padding.

any more amazingly useful links, for anything bird,, pm them my way cupcake xx

I note no photo's so here's mine, you will see the base is the riser which has a hex head bolt within to accommodate the locator on the original bar then at the top is the dress cap " it just cleans it up" the genmar riser is fantastic solved my sore shoulder problem & it took about 10-15 mins to fit!

21mm rise, however the difference is unreal..when I got the bike I road about 150K's & my right shoulder was in agony...the next ride after fitting the risers I road about 340K'm & absolutely no effect on my shoulders.

LDM I just checked them on youtube, nice variation on rise / pullback & angle... very clever idea they have there.

Not for nothing VFR bars are the same relative to rise (relative to GenMars)- actually a tiny bit better.

After that as preciously discussed real adjustable riser bars are the next level up

Anyone have pix of the VFR's on a 90+ I can take a look at??? I also want to do the buell pegs to keep from cramping up..
