It's not a straight swap.
If you told us where you are we could help you find some panels

It's not? So what's different between the 92 and 93? Do you know?

As far as I know. the ,mounting points are different and there are small but significant differences in the shapes of the panels. I've not tried to fit a complete set, but am working on the basis of what I was told by a friend who did.
I do know for example the gauge cluster from a 93 won't fit in a 92 set of panels - looks the same but isn't. Front fairings are also (I'm told) different.......

I always wondered. I've heard there were differences, but was never able to confirm what they were since we never got the '92. I was hoping you had done it.
It's strange some of the things they decide to change. Like over here... the '95 info lights are different from the '96. Why the heck would you change that? They're the same lights...for the most part... but the newest have letter designations instead of the word written out. ??

I have a 1991 and was told everything was interchangable between thse years but they are not. The tail section will fit but trimming is needed. The side L pannels have a different mount hole. The big side fairnings are way different and bolt directly to the headlight fairing. The headlight fairing bracket is different and will not bolt up to the 1991 frame. The gauge cluster id different but could be modified to work. It will take allot of work to fit these. I bought a whole set of 93 pastics and they do not fit. I'm going to see what I can do but I don't know if I can make it work. If I do I will post a write-up on how and what to do.

Show us the hard parts....good stuff !
Did you fit 93 clocks too ? They are different from the 90's - not much but enough that the two sets aren't fittable in the other clock area - I know this - tried to fit 93 in 90 fairing - nope !

by "clocks" do you mean the gauge cluster? If so I used the 90 modified to fit the 93

I will do a complete DIY when it is fully together and get all the pictures sorted.
