Default Exhaust suggestions

Hey guys,

Amazingly enough, I'm still rolling with stock exhaust on my 2005 F4i and have finally decided to break down and look for an aftermarket piece.

I've been having a bit of trouble locating a slip-on that fits the make and year of my bike. I'm not looking for anything ridiculously loud, more to let those tards out there aware of where I'm at.

Any suggestions as to what brand has a good carbon fiber slip-on and an online store where I could find one?

Appreciate it!

if your interested in sound clips go to youtube. they arent great but atleast you get some idea.
as for brands i would recomend a micron carbon fiber slip on.
if not try
-yosh
-FMF
-M4
-muzzy

go to indysuperbikes.com. they have the biggest selection of brands and the most reasonable prices that I've found. Your price range will really determine what you buy.

I had a micron on my F4.. Sounded amazing.. Right now im rocking a Scorpion pipe which isn't overly loud but has a nice growl to it. You probably could pick up a scorpion carbon fiber for around 250. The micron new are going to cost you a pretty penny but you are paying for a good quality pipe.

good luck on your search

Just make sure you don't get a Vance and Hines. I have one and it's so quiet I can scream louder than the exhaust pipe. I hate it, All my boys got loud pipes (D&D, Yoshi) When we ride I can't even hear my bike when I need to shift gears cause everybody elses pipes drown mine out.
